Rune Acupuncture accepts card, cash, check, and HSA/FSA accounts but not insurance. Should you have coverage, Dr. Lauren can generate receipts for you to submit for potential reimbursement. Payment is due at time of service and not contingent on reimbursement.


Cancellation Policy

  • Rune Acupuncture requires 48 hours notice for all rescheduling and cancellations. This window gives adequate time to offer availability to clients wanting immediate care.

  • If notice is provided later than 48 hours or no notice is given at all (no-call, no-show), you will be charged the full cost of your scheduled appointment.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will have to be rescheduled or cancelled with associated charges made since a complete treatment cannot be provided within such an abbreviated timeframe.
