Rune Acupuncture accepts card, cash, check, and HSA/FSA accounts but not insurance.
If you have out-of-network coverage for Acupuncture, receipts can be generated for you to submit for potential reimbursement. The majority of clients who submit these receipts report receiving full or partial reimbursement for their care or apply fees towards their deductible. Payment is due at time of service and is not contingent on reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for rescheduling & cancellations.
If notice is provided less than 48 hours from your session or not at all (“No Show”), you will be charged a late cancellation fee of $150.
If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, you can choose to attend your session as scheduled OR re-book/cancel. If you choose to re-book or cancel same-day due to tardiness, you agree to remain accountable to the full cost of your initially scheduled session and pay the late cancellation fee ($150)
As stated in Rune’s Client Care Guide (which requires an e-signature), if you are utilizing a Pre-Paid Treatment Package and cancel/reschedule less than 48 hours you can either 1) have a remaining session deducted from your package or 2) have a cancellation fee of $150 charged to your card.
