Summoning
Ever since the snow started thawing in late March, I’ve been summoning. Summoning the strength to embark on a new path - to rewrite my story - all in the abyss of the unknown. Journeying solo (aside from the incredible support of my inner circle) I learned to not shy away from the dimly lit liminal realm between where I was and who I was becoming, but to bravely pave it - illuminate it - step by step, moment to moment. One day at a time. I am continuously learning how to cultivate my own light, how to trust my body’s wisdom, to fully embrace and integrate my intuition, from its whispers to its screams, to give them space and the safety to be heard so I can continue to heal and integrate those days of withering, gratefully long past, into wisdom. As I cross over to the other side of this bridge, I’ve been conjuring the courage to emerge as my most authentic self: to be seen & heard in the ways I’ve always yearned but denied myself. No more. I’ve been summoning the strength to shed all I was - all I knew - layer by layer, to be able to stand in my essence alone, my power. I’m as ready as I’ll ever be to finally step out into the world in these renewed ways.
